Welcome
to the latest edition of Youth News. World
Youth Day was a fantastic experience, greatly enjoyed by all. The
countdown to Madrid in 2011 has already started! On
November 23rd we celebrate National Youth Sunday. This year we are
continuing to look at the Live Simply message and are asked to focus on
Living Sustainably. There are two meetings for Youth leaders to find out
more. Brother
Paolo from Taize will be visiting Portsmouth in November and there is a
visit planned to Taize next summer. Finally
there is news for Young Adults, including the start of a series of monthly
meetings focussing on what it means to be a young Catholic in the world
today. |
A Message from Bishop Crispian: Welcome to the Youth section of the website. There has never been a time when we have not been faced with the need to evangelise - to live and proclaim the gospel.
