The internet can offer many resources to help us develop a rhythm of prayer which can enrich our lives and help us grow in love for God, others and ourselves. You may find the following websites helpful:

A site developed by the Irish Jesuits offering a 10 minute daily reflection based on a different passage of scripture each day.
 
link Pray As You Go 
Daily reflections using scripture and music which can be downloaded and played on an ipod or other mp3 player.

A page for each month giving suggestions for ‘Prayer in the Home’.

Offers daily and weekly prayer suggestion in a variety of formats, as well as an online retreat.
